PCA Corporate Finance on vuonna 1992 perustettu, avainhenkilöiden omistama ja pankeista riippumaton suomalainen investointipankki. Toimimme taloudellisena neuvonantaja yritys- ja kiinteistöjärjestelyissä sekä järjestämme oman ja vieraan pääoman ehtoista rahoitusta asiakasyrityksillemme.

PCA oli saksalaisen HSH Nordbank -konsernin tytäryhtiö vuosina 2004-2007 ja toimi tällöin nimillä HSH Gudme Corporate Finance ja HSH Corporate Finance. Vuoden 2007 lopussa yhtiö siirtyi takaisin avainhenkilöstön omistukseen.

PCA Corporate Finance is an independent partner-managed Finnish investment bank founded in 1992. We work as a financial advisor on mergers and acquisitions and property transactions as well as arrange both equity and debt financing for our clients.
In terms of completed transactions and the expertise of our team, we are one of Finland's most experienced financial advisors.
PCA was a subsidiary of German HSH Nordbank Group in 2004-2007 and operated under the names of HSH Gudme Corporate Finance and HSH Corporate Finance. At the end of 2007, the company was transfered back to the ownership of the key personnel.
